Kakamega Homeboyz striker, Christopher Masinza will, be available for selection after the FIFA international break following his recovery from a knee injury. Masinza, picked up a knee knock earlier in the month while in training and, missed the 2-0 league win over four-time champions Ulinzi Stars staged at the Mumias Sports Complex. His last appearance for Homeboyz was, during their one-all draw, against the struggling FC Talanta at Thika Stadium. The two-week-long break the top-tier clubs have been enjoying couldn’t have come at a better time for Masinza, who used the break to rehabilitate and recondition the injured knee to be ready for action. The top tier took the break to pave the way for the national teams( both senior and junior) who are in Malawi for a Four Nations tournament aimed at preparing for the forthcoming assignments, including the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. ##NAJAVA_MECA_7975108##The Homeboyz duo of Enock Masinza, a younger brother to Christopher, and goalkeeper Ibrahim Wanzala are with the Rising Stars team in Malawi.
