The Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has announced that some teams from other regions have shown interest in participating in the 2024 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.Zanzibar is set to host the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup from June 29th to July 14th. Gecheo mentioned, “We are currently in discussions with them and will unveil the finalized list of participating teams by May 2024.”Gecheo further stated that CECAFA officials will conduct an inspection tour of various facilities in Zanzibar later this month.
