18 out of the 25 coaches who initially enrolled for the six-month CAF A License course have successfully met the criteria for the award of their licenses. Practical sessions included Organization, Session Management, Performance Improvement, Meeting Players’ Needs, Communication, and Match Analysis, each contributing to a cumulative score out of 700. Additionally, written practical exams were conducted.Theoretical sessions encompassed themed coaching, a written exam, and proof of ability (Portfolio), marked out of 300. Coaches were also evaluated on their knowledge of the Laws of the game, accounting for 5% of the total marks. Presentations, evaluating Audibility, Methodology, and Oral Examination, collectively contributed to 300 marks.The course comprised 17 modules, each facilitated by specialized professionals.
