He returned in 2006, initially on loan from Dynamo Moscow, and then for two more seasons during which he helped the team win the Brazilian Cup. He gained worldwide fame wearing the AC Milan jersey and also played for Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea from 2020 onwards. Returning to Brazil as one of the best defenders of his time, he brings with him a UEFA Champions League title in 2021, seven Ligue 1 titles, and one Serie A title. After five rounds of the Brazilian Serie A for the 2024 season, Fluminense is currently in 16th place with five points. Silva will be able to join the team from the 18th round.
