The 2024 U.S. Open winner will be in Nashville for the LIV Golf tournament June 21-23 at The Grove.
LIV golfer Bryson DeChambeau won his second U.S. Open on Sunday, beating Rory McIlroy for his second career major title, this one played at Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina.
DeChambeau finished 6 under, one shot better than McIlroy. He was 1 over in Sunday’s final round.
This marks the second major title won by an active LIV Golf member. Brooks Koepka won the 2023 PGA Championship.
“I haven’t really let it sink in yet,” DeChambeau said after the tournament in an interview with NBC, looking at his support team. “Tonight I want all of you guys, somehow, to touch this trophy, because I want you to experience what this means and what you all mean to me.”
