Bulleti eyes better tidings next season after falling short in the concluded term

Kakamega Homeboyz right back Brian Bulleti expressed disappointment after failing to achieve his targets in the 2023–2024 FKF Premier League season. In total, Bulleti made twelve appearances, partly due to injuries and loss of form, which fell short of the expectations he had set before the season began.##NAJAVA_MECA_8183913##Bulleti had hoped to secure a regular starting position following Collins Odhiambo’s departure to Tusker. However, Coach Patrick Odhiambo rotated him with two other players in that role. Brian Wekesa was favored earlier in the season, and John Omondi was brought in during the mid-season transfer window due to injuries and inconsistencies from Bulleti and Wekesa.”It has been a very disappointing season for me. I had hoped to play in all or most matches. I wanted to seize the opportunity and play as many minutes as possible after Odhiambo left, but I ended up only playing 12,” he admitted.Failing to make the Emerging Stars team was particularly disappointing for Bulleti, who also plays as a central midfielder. He had anticipated a call-up to the national team, which did not materialize, leading him to reflect honestly on his personal performance throughout the season.”I had anticipated the return of the U-23 team and prepared for the season with hopes of being called up. Unfortunately, I missed out,” he lamented.Entering his final season at the club, Bulleti aims to make improvements based on feedback from the coaching staff.Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Bulleti acknowledged that delivering accurate crosses was one of his weaknesses but pledged to refine this skill during the offseason.”I will dedicate time during the break to work on my weaknesses, as these cannot be addressed solely during pre-season or match days. It is my responsibility to improve in my spare time,” he added.Gor Mahia ready for CAF Champions League, no pending FIFA cases says Team Manager Victor Nyaoro
