Mombasa-based FKF Premier League side Bandari FC have reinforced their squad by signing three players ahead of the 2024-25 FKF PL season, which gets underway on the 24th of August 2024.Bandari have been one of the quietest sides this window in terms of incomings, despite a couple of departures from the club. Among those who left the team is long-serving right-back Nicholas Meja, who joined Shabana FC; keeper Joseph Okoth, who moved to Tusker FC; winger Abdallah Hassan, who moved to Coastal Union of Tanzania; and winger James Kinyanjui, who joined KCB.##NAJAVA_MECA_8256654##Ugandan strikers Umaru Kasumba and Derrick Nsibambi are yet to resume training with the team, with reports indicating that the pair wants out of the club. Kasumba has been with the club for a couple of years now, while Derrick joined the team before the start of last season.New coach Ken Odhiambo has now brought in three new faces to reinforce the team in readiness for next season. The three are goalkeeper Brian Opiyo, who has been signed from KCB FC. Opiyo joined the Bankers last season and was largely an understudy but has now been shipped to Mombasa, where he will replace Okoth, who moved to Tusker FC.Another player joining Bandari is striker Alfred Emoni, who has been acquired from Tusker FC. The Kenya U23 man reunites with coach Odhiambo, whom he recently worked with at the national team during the COSAFA Cup tournament in South Africa.The third player is midfielder Geoffrey Ojunga, who has been acquired from Posta Rangers FC.
