Tusker FC interim coach Charles Okere has described the team’s week-long trip to Uganda as a success, following three friendly matches against Ugandan sides.The Brewers played against Bright Stars, Kitara FC, and Lugazi FC during their stay. They won against Stars and Kitara with identical 1-0 scorelines and drew 1-1 with Lugazi.##NAJAVA_MECA_8262765##The trip allowed Okere and his technical team to closely observe the squad, especially since they have been actively recruiting over the past month, strengthening the team after releasing eleven players from last season.New additions to the squad include George Kaddu, Yusuf Mainge, Jacob Onyango, Alex Onchwari, Dennis Wanjala, Eric Balecho, Boban Zirintus, Joseph Ochuka, and Thomas Omole.Okere considers the trip a success, noting that each player received at least an hour of playtime during the friendlies, which was crucial for evaluating their potential contributions. “”It has been a hugely successful week, and we have managed to gauge our position as a team. We played three friendly matches, and every player had at least 60 minutes of action.
