Sofapaka coach Robert Matano has confirmed that he was in Tanzania last week to negotiate a possible move to Coastal Union.However, Matano insists that he is still attached to the Kenyan club and would only leave under the terms of his contract.##NAJAVA_MECA_8399184##Last week, reports surfaced that Matano was in Tanzania to join the Tanzanian top side.“It is true I went to Tanzania to talk to Coastal Union, and this is an ongoing process. I have a binding contract with Sofapaka and cannot just walk out without their consent.I am disappointed that the issue was blown out of proportion. This is unfair, not just to me but to the club as well,” he said.Matano joined Sofapaka at the beginning of this season after former coach Zedekiah Otieno left while the club was participating in the play-offs.This is his second stint with Sofapaka, having made history with the club in 2009 when he helped them qualify for the Football Kenya Premier League (FKPL) and won it in their maiden season.Kenya hosts maiden CAF workshop ahead of home African Nations Championship (CHAN)It has not been an easy season so far, as the team has yet to win a single match, they have drawn one and lost three of their opening four games of the season.
