Tusker youngster itching to make impact after promotion from junior side

My focus is on staying in the best shape while I wait for that moment,” he said in an interview with club media.The 20-year-old draws inspiration from teammate Edwin Simiyu, who also made the leap from the Youth Team.“What motivates me is Edu. He was promoted and didn’t play for a while, but when his chance came, he took it and played really well. The adaptation wasn’t that difficult, though it was challenging at the start. Even when I was in the Youth Team, I believed in myself and worked hard for that goal. What surprised me was how quickly the promotion came. I didn’t expect it so soon, but I’m very grateful for the opportunity.”He credits the senior midfielders for helping him improve his game. “I really appreciate their guidance. They correct me and show me how I can improve, and I’ve learned so much from them and the coaches. It’s helped me become a better player.”
