Jockeys’ chief calls for stiffer penalties to tackle troubling rise in positive cocaine tests

The Professional Jockeys’ Association are hoping stiffer penalties for riders who test positive for cocaine will be in place by July, as racing ramps up measures to tackle a growing problem.
