It negatively impacts their physical and mental health,” said Situma.He highlighted that according to CAF Club Licensing Regulations (40), clubs must provide players with sufficient rest and recovery before matches. The situation at Vihiga United FC directly undermines this principle.“Moreover, regulation 18 mandates that players have formal written contracts.
