7 events lined up in 2025 CECAFA Calendar including inaugural Beach Soccer competition

The Council of East and Central African Football Association (CECAFA) has released the 2025 competitions calendar which includes the inaugural Beach Soccer Competition.The line up which consists of seven tournaments was released after ratification during the ordinary CECAFA General Assembly that was held on Wednesday 22 January in Juba, South Sudan.Harambee Stars striker linked with shock move to Indian clubThe seven tournaments will run across the year with the first one taking place in May and the last one in December.The first of the seven will be the inaugural Beach Soccer competition which will be held from Saturday 31 May to Saturday 7 June with Kenya serving as the hosts.##NAJAVA_MECA_8657766##CECAFA Senior Women’s Challenge will be the next tournament in line with the dates to be communicated at a later date.Saturday 28 June to Sunday 13 July will see the CECAFA Senior Men’s Challenge Cup taking place.
