Bulldozers will stay away, Goodison Park survives and gets new tenants

There were plans to demolish the iconic Goodison Park, Everton’s home since 1892, after 132 years of existence. However, the latest reports say that the venue—one of the oldest football grounds in the world – will survive after all and become the home of Everton’s women.The Toffees will move to their new 53,000-seater arena at Liverpool waterfront ahead of the next season.
