Check the yardage book: Tahoe Mountain Club’s Old Greenwood for the Barracuda Championship

Tahoe Mountain Club’s Old Greenwood, host course for this week’s Barracuda Championship, is a Jack Nicklaus-designed layout that opened in 2004 in Truckee, California. Not far from the Nevada border, Old Greenwood became the site of the PGA Tour event in 2020. The club accepts daily-fee, public-access tee times.

The Barracuda Championship is played in a modified stableford format. Players earn eight points for a double eagle, five points for an eagle, two points for a birdie, no points for a par, minus one point for a bogey and minus three points for a double bogey or worse.
