After enduring a desultory start to life at AFC Leopards, speedy winger Harrison Mwendwa has credited his late season bloom to finally understanding Patrick Aussems’ tactics.Mwendwa looks to have rediscovered his impeccable form that earned him a move from Kariobangi Sharks to Ingwe at the start of the campaign as he notched three assists in the 3-1 win over Vihiga United over the weekend. The coach has also been giving us rests which have come in handy, we train two days and rest one day,”“Form is temporary and class is permanent, I had to adapt to playing to the right which has been challenging because I have lost that scoring touch but I’m working on finding a way to score from the left,” said Mwendwa. The former Kariobangi Sharks winger has however been linked with a move to Zambian side Kabwe Warriors.
