Barley four days after Tusker FC unveiled Shami Mwinyi as their new signing, the club has been embroiled in a transfer saga with Kakamega Homeboyz who are accusing the club of plater tapping.The two clubs are however issuing conflicting information with Homeboyz maintaining that Tusker FC did not follow the due procedure when signing the midfielder.The Brewers on the other hand are protesting their innocence in the deal as they had an agreement to pay Homeboyz the two months salary left in Mwinyi’s contract. Yesterday Homeboyz called me and were threatening to take us to FIFA for player tapping but I wrote a letter stating that we will clear the amount by next week and apologised,” said Obiny.
