Ojienda satisfied with new Shabana signings

Shabana head coach Robert Ojienda is satisfied with the input his seven new arsenals have injected in the team ahead of the start of the National Super League season.Ojienda was compelled to dig deep in the transfer market in a bid to plug in the massive dents left by a host of his senior players who ditched the club for top flight challenge. The former football giant lost close to eight players who were lured by other clubs following their seller show in the second tier but the soft spoken tactician is convinced that their replacements are equal to the task.Ojienda revealed that he had acquired the duo of Victor Juma and Bernard Ochieng from Migori Youth while Peter Ogechi returned from Gusii FC.➡️ | Up Next ▶▶▶🏆 | Friendly Match Alert🚍 | A trip on the road Nyamaiya, Nyamira County⚽ | We take on Nyamira Super Eagles Fc🏟️ | Nyamaiya Stadium 📅 | 14th October 2021🕒 | 10:00AM“Mpira chezeni nyie, magori tunafunga sisi”.— Shabana Fc Kenya (@Shabanafckenya) October 13, 2021 Shabana have also signed Bernard Okinyi from Gor Mahia Youth with Victor Kamungu and Lare Frank strengthening the goalkeeping department.”I am pleased that the new signings are getting used to our culture and have shown a lot of potential going into the new season. I have confidence in the plans they have for the team and I believe they will take the team to the next level,” he remarked.Meanwhile, Ojienda predicted a tough season owing to the return of Zoo FC, Kisumu United and Vihiga United in the league.
