KCB forward Derrick Otanga says he has not set any goal target this season and wants to find the back of the net as many times as he can.Otanga scored 13 league goals last season and was KCB’s top scorer in the league. This season, he started slowly before finally breaking the deadlock with a brace against his former employer, Wazito FC a week ago. Before the start of the 2020/21 season, the striker set a target of 10 goals which he surpassed by three goals. He is however not setting any targets this time round as he does not want to put much pressure on himself. He however says he wants to push his limits and as far as possible.“I do not have any targets this season. It tends to come with pressure and so I leave everything open. The goal however is to score as many as possible. Last season I scored 13 and so the goal is to match and score more. I will keep giving my best in each and every game and see how far I can get, the ultimate target is to help the team do well and so I will keep pushing,” he stated.85’| 📸📸 @KCBFootball are moving closer to that victoryMan of the Moment….Otanga DerrickWazito 0-2 KCB#FKFPL pic.twitter.com/Af9sWaerUw— FKF Premier League (@Officialfkfpl) November 5, 2021 The Bankers finished second in the league last season, this season they started slowly before finally picking on week three.
