Nairobi City Stars centre back Wycliffe Otieno is projected to start jostling for playing time early in January or late in December, club doctor Brian Odongo has revealed.Otieno dislocated his ankle during their 2-0 league match loss in the hands of Mathare United at the Ruaraka grounds in August but according to the club Chief Executive Officer Patrick Korir he has since began light training.The injury was initially thought will see the experienced defender sidelined for a lengthy period, however Odongo says he will be fit enough to play at the competitive level either before the month ends of early in January. He is still under rehabilitation and hopefully, he will be ready either by the end of the month or in January,” he said. “Treating a dislocated ankle takes time as the patient is always advised not to do anything in the first three weeks after the injury.
