Fast-rising Kenyan winger Silko Thomas Omari Otieno has been handed a clean bill of health to feature for the Chelsea Under-18 side after a bout with concussion.The 17-year-old suffered a concussion in the 6-1 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in the Under 18 Premier League back on Saturday 20 November.Silko is still stepping up his return to full fitness after missing the Forest Green Rovers clash on Tuesday despite being tipped to feature.
