So did 2021 just fly by or what?
From Harris English’s big win at the Sentry Tournament of Champions in January, through a wild season of majors with the young—Yuka Saso winning the U.S. Women’s Open—to the veteran—Phil Mickelson winning the PGA Championship, to both the Solheim Cup and Ryder Cup and the Olympics all being staged this year, it was a season of memories for sure.
Lefty wasn’t the only 50-year-old to claim a major in 2021. Annika Sorenstam came out of retirement to do so at the U.S. Women’s Senior Open.
