Newly promoted Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) side Kenya Police FC have received a boost to their coffers after the team landed a six million sponsorship from airline services company Fly 748.In an event that was graced by Edward Mbugua, the Kenya Police Service Deputy Inspector General, the law enforcers revealed the sponsorship with the flying company on Tuesday afternoon.“Kenya Police FC receives 6 million Kenya shillings in sponsorship from FLY 748. In attendance was Mr. Edward Mbugua, CBS, MBS, OGW, ndc(K), Deputy Inspector General, Kenya Police Service,” the club posted on their social media platform.Speaking to Mozzart Sport, George Maelo, the newbies’s technical manager, who was also at the event delighted in the team adding landing the deal that will become their second sponsorship. Maelo however revealed that the the club did not commit to the length of the“748 are in a partnership with the Police. Today we are happy to add their six million sponsorship to Kenya Police FC which makes them our second sponsor.
