Migori Youth forward Clinton Okoth says he is quietly planning to return and make himself a name in top flight football next season after a rather underwhelming stints with Gor Mahia and Wazito.Okoth was supposed to be the next big thing in Kenyan football when Gor acquired his services in 2020 courtesy of his prolificacy demonstrated in the National Super League with Migori Youth.Another promising star who left Migori alongside Okoth was Antonio Abwao who joined KCB but barely a season with the bankers, the midfielder opted to join the military.Migori Youth striker Clinton Okoth joins Gor Mahia. I have a point to prove there after failing in my first attempt. Despite not living up to the expectations, I learnt a lot and the experience I got helped me realize my weak areas which I have been trying to improve on. I fully understand what it takes to play and perform well at the top level unlike before,” he said.
