Bullets refused to turn up for the second half citing security concerns, the officials then opted to call off the game.Juma says they will not be pushing to be awarded the match and are even ready to face the record league champions again.Gor Mahia fans have left a mark at Kasarani.#FKFPL pic.twitter.com/2vEfY5uIUc— Ole Teya (@Kevin_teya) February 13, 2022 “We do not fear a replay as long as we feel safe to play. We had contained Gor Mahia well in the first half and even though they scored just before halftime we were confident of equalizing and even scoring more in the second half before things went out of hand and assumptions that we feared to lose to Gor Mahia were misplaced,” he told Mozzart Sport.”We will wait for the Caretaker Committee’s decision on the same and at this point we cannot speak much about the issue because it’s not in our hands,” he added. The tactician went ahead to explain why his team opted out of the match at Kasarani. He says the security personnel at the ground were overwhelmed. This is wrong…. we strongly condemn what Gor Mahia security guys did but retaliating with violence and in such a manner wasn’t appropriate. Gor Mahia games are high risk games and the league organizers and the club should have done better,” he added.
