Ex Gor forward Okello at the double as South Sudan down Djibouti

Former Gor Mahia striker Tito Okello was scored twice for South Sudan as they picked an important 4-2 win over South Sudan in a 2023 African Cup of Nations preliminary qualification match staged at the Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria Egypt. The match had to be taken to Egypt as Djibouti at the moment have no stadium that meets the set CAF standards. After a barren first half, the floodgates opened nine minutes into the second half when Okello scored from the penalty spot. Djibouti leveled the matters ten minutes later in what proved to be a mere consolation goal in the end.AFCON PRE QUALIFICATION ROUND 2023 IVORY COAST. 84′ MINUTES PLAYEDDjibouti 🇩🇯 1-3 South Sudan 🇸🇸. ⚽ Tito Okello (P) ⚽ Toha Rashid. ⚽ Tito Okello pic.twitter.com/Xw4UhjH7ig— Town Far Fredo.
