Rwanda snub ex Stars coach Migne for former Barcelona TD

Rwanda National team have appointed former Barcelona technical director Carlos Alos Ferrer as their new head coach on a one-year deal. He replaces Vincent Mashami whose three-year term as the Amavubi head coach came to an end last week.Alos was among ten coaches who had applied for the job, former Harambee Stars head coach Sebastien Migne had also applied for the job. He has also handled a team in Cyprus and in Africa, he has handled a top-flight side, AS FAR Rabt.“Mr. Carlos, 47 is a Spanish professional football coach who holds a UEFA Pro Coaching license with a huge experience in football having been the Technical Director of FC Barcelona as well as head coach for different clubs in Europe and Africa (AS FAR Rabat) in Botola Pro League, Enosis in Cyprus 1st Division etc.. As well as the Kazakhstan National team which makes him a great addition to the Rwanda National team squad.
