AFC Leopards winger Josephat Lopaga has heaped praise on former Posta Rangers and Harambee Stars coach Stanley Okumbi, terming the tactician as knowledgeable.Okumbi handed the speedster his top-flight debut last season when he signed him for the Mail-men from Mt. He said that his tactical prowess helps him prepare players well making them comfortable in different positions making it easy for players that have gone through his hands to fit into other teams with ease.
