These are the largest 54-hole leads in Masters history

We’ve seen players dominate Augusta National before, most recently a young Jordan Spieth in 2015 who eventually won by four shots over Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose.

And we all know what Tiger Woods did in 1997, winning by an unbelievable 12 shots for his first green jacket.

Scottie Scheffler, the No. 1 golfer in the world, has a chance to cement his place in history Sunday at the Masters, as he leads by three heading into the final round.

In Woods’ aforementioned win, he led by nine shots entering the final 18, the largest 54-hole lead in the history of the tournament.

Here is a list of the largest 54-hole leads we’ve seen at the Masters.
