Dan Ngulu: Ulinzi Stars needs fresh leadership and management strategy“It’s sad to note we are yet to secure a sponsor or even a partner after two decades of excellence in the Kenyan Premier League and despite the fact that we’ve been supplying the national team, Harambee Stars, with quality players,” he added.Despite the Transition Committee announcing Mathare’s demotion to the second tier, stakeholders argue that the Aaron Ringera-led committee does not have the powers to relegate teams and long legal battles could be looming.
