Look! Look there, while I subtly move the woodwork to reduce the goal’s size

We’ve seen players diving in the opposite box to get a penalty. We’ve seen them acting as if they were torpedoed just to arrange for the rival’s player to be sent off.But what Patrik Gunnarsson, the goalkeeper of the Norwegian team Viking FC has been accused of is almost incomprehensible.Keep this guy away from the posts (©Ker Robertson/Getty Images)Former Brentford shot-stopper, 22, has been shortening his goal when his team plays at home!?The complaint has come after an investigation by the newspaper Aftenposten. Apparently, Gunnarsson reduced the size of his goal between 15 and 20 centimetres. As can be seen in the video broadcast by the Norwegian media, Gunnarson takes the opportunity to reposition the posts once the referees have reviewed the goal, apparently lifting the sticks and moving them a few centimetres from their default placement. We will see if the custodian could be sanctioned for it if his guilt is proven.FRI: 22.00: (1.40) IVORY COAST (4.60) ZAMBIA (9.50)
