Sofapaka’s Roy Okal delighted to complete season injury free

Sofapaka midfielder Roy Okal has expressed his delight after successfully being a part of the challenging 2021/2022 Football Kenya Federation Premier League that came to an end this past weekend.Taking to his social media channels, the midfielder expressed his gratitude for playing in every match during the campaign and managing to do so without getting any injury in the over thirty games held. Indeed, it has been an incredible season. My sincere appreciation to Sofapaka management, teammates, and everyone who played a part. Until then, I’ll see you next season,” he posted on his social media platforms.In the just concluded campaign, Batoto ba Maungu finished the season in eighth place after an impressive showing towards the end of the season where the team only lost twice in their last fifteen matches.In that run, they won seven matches and drew seven games as they jumped into the top half of the table. Despite the challenging season, Sofapaka improved from last season where they finished in 12th position.
