Another NSL side pulls out of the league

Dandora Love FC has become the second team to withdraw from the National Super League (NSL) following in the footsteps of Zoo FC who withdrew from the league last week.The Nairobi based club failed to honor their Wednesday away match against Gusii FC and they have now released a statement announcing their departure from Kenya’s second tier league.##NAJAVA_MECA_6470896##The team has earlier alluded to match fixing in the league and had called on the transition committee to halt the league and probe match manipulation in the league.The club has now released statement confirming their withdrawal from the league which is likely to lead to their relegation to the third tier by the FKF transition committee.“Dandora Love FC herby calls on the attention of football stakeholders and everyone involved in matters giving life to our football. This is after we forwarded a court order to the Transition Committee to stop the ongoing fixtures and also did the same to our technical bench. But the Transition Committee ignored our plea and so did Dandora Love Technical which led to their dismissal by my office regarding the same issue of match fixing,”.The club went on to apologize to their fans and football supporters across the country.“To our fan base we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. To football lovers around the country we also apologise and we will take this opportunity to put our house in order,” it concluded.
