With APS Bomet extending their lead at the summit to six points, Fortune know that they have to win to maintain the gap at 3 points while extending rift between them and Muhoroni to seven points.Seal’s tactician Vincent Nyaberi is looking forward to employing a more compact approach defensively in the match as opposed to what they used in the first leg to avoid conceding as many goals as they did in Murang’a earlier in the year.”This is a derby, and just like other derbies in the country, it is a tough match. However we have prepared ourselves well, we have a full squad and are ready to go for three points. In the first half we conceded so many goals but this time around we will be more solid defensively and will try and lock the game after scoring,” Nyaberi offered.Fortune Sacco vs Murang’a SealMt Kenya derby will be hotTupatane kianyaga kesho— Ivan.guy (@Mwaaangi) July 2, 2022 In other matches slated for Sunday, Vihiga United hosts Naivas at the Mumias Sports Complex as SS Assad and Mara Sugar clash at Shamu Grounds while Silibwet take on Gusii at Bomet Stadium. While a win for Vihiga United will not result in any movement on the log for the former Premier League side, a win on the road for Naivas could push them to fifth on the log.
