Kakamega Homeboyz midfielder crosses over to Nzoia

Former Kakamega Homeboyz midfielder Stephen Wakanya has returned to Nzoia Sugar FC for an undisclosed period of time, Mozzart Sport can report.The defensive midfielder was released by Homeboyz a week ago and has been training with the Bungoma-based millers for the past few weeks. He has now inked a deal that will see him return to the side that he turned out for in 2017 before he left for Vihiga United and later returned to Homeboyz.##NAJAVA_MECA_6572668##Coach Salim Babu has confirmed the player’s return to the club. The soft-spoken tactician believes that the player will thrive at Sudi Stadium due to his experience, quality, and industrious nature of his play.”We have officially signed Wakanya. He will fit into the team easily,” he stated.He becomes Nzoia’s second off-season signing after Harun Thomas who crossed over from KCB.
