National Super League side Naivas FC have been rendered coachless after the KNVB trained Jeff Maina called time on his stay at the club.Maina who guided the club to automatic promotion to the second tier last year resigned early this week citing differences between him and the management of the club.The former Kangemi All Stars boss revealed that he elected to take the exit door after the management, allegedly failed to assure him of support in his bid to see the club promoted to the top tier at the end of the 2022-2023 season.##NAJAVA_MECA_6580676##He said after failing to get the assurance from his bosses, he was left frustrated and had no choice other than to throw in the towel.”My plan was to get the team to the top tier in the new season but it dawned on me that the management had other thoughts. Our plans did not get along and we also had differences in as far as remuneration was concerned,” he opened up.Having left the club he joined in 2019, the former Bidco United tactician says he is open to offers from clubs plying their trade in the top flight and the second tier.” I am ready to work with another club.
