KSSSA Games: WPL teams circling for Wiyeta players after lifting national title

Wiyeta Girls Secondary School extended their dominance in the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSA) girls’ football by claiming their 10th title with Kenya Women’s Premier League sides jostling for their players.The Rift Valley region representatives edged Dagoretti Mixed Secondary School 4-1 on penalties after a barren draw to end the tournament without suffering a single defeat.KSSSA Games: Wiyeta edge Dagoretti Mixed to claim 10th national football girls titleWiyeta head coach Edgar Manyara revealed that a number of teams have inquired about his players but he has advised the players to complete their education first.“My players always want to work, they have the talent of doing exceptional things on the pitch.
