Gor Mahia forward Samuel Onyango is set to join the Zambian side, Kabwe Warriors according to various reports.The forward recently left Gor Mahia after reported fallout with coach Johnathan McKinstry although the tactician later clarified that there was no bad blood between him and the player and that he still part of his team.##NAJAVA_MECA_6706197##The Irish coach had announced that the player was not in his plans and had released him although he later recanted his words and said that he was counting on the player who had been elevated to the position of assistant captain.“Samuel has left the club since he was not in my plans and we have allowed him to look for another. His contract is due to end in one month’s time. I have released him because I feel we have better players in that position, but that doesn’t mean he is not a good player,” he told the Nation.Onyango has been with Gor Mahia n 2018 from Ulinzi Stars after he resigned from the military. He has been a key player for the club ever since.The former Ulinzi Stars and Sony Sugar man is set to move to the Zambian Super League where he is set to replace compatriot, Harrison Mwendwa.
