Former Gor Mahia FC tactician Dylan Kerr has revealed that he has never been a fan of tactics and formations, and thus has not employed them in his training sessions in his coaching career.Speaking on Hit The Target Podcast, a South African podcast focusing on matter local football in the country, the Maltese-born tactician noted that his coaching success has been brought about by way of operating which sees everyone in the team involved.”One day, my team captain said to me there is no tactics and formation.
