The government is going to put that advise together with the advise and opinions from other stakeholders to communicate with FIFA,” Namwamba said.“The immediate effect is that we are communicating with FIFA and the steps that follow including the reopening of the Secretariat is a decision between government and FIFA because they have to give the greenlight.
