The Football Kenya Federation’s Technical Department on Tuesday briefed National Super League match officials on regulations touching on the accreditation of coaches with unqualified tacticians set to be kicked out of the dugout as the new second-tier season gets underway on Saturday.##NAJAVA_MECA_6833942##The minimum qualification for an FKF Premier League, FKF National Super League, FKF Women Premier League and FKF Division One head coach and his/her assistant is a CAF C License. In the past, some coaches have managed to break the rules by sitting at the dugout without the required license but it appears that this will soon come to an end.For continental assignments, the head coach must have a CAF A License while his assistant must have a B one. On Tuesday, referees who will be checking coaches’ qualifications before allowing them on the touchline in a particular game were taken through what they should check in a coach’s license.Ambitious Morocco seek to upstage Croatia in Group F opener“Match commissioners chair pre-match meetings and just as the player cards are checked, so will the coaches’ accreditation cards; this is to check whether the coaches are qualified to be in the technical area,” said FKF head of technical department Michael Amenga told the match officials.The technical department is further set to curb bad behavior in the technical area and referees will send off bad-behaved referees with further action set to be taken upon submission of match reports.“During the games, center referees monitor all match happenings including the technical area; if one of the coaches acts poorly, he/she will issue a red card and highlight it in their match report along with the coach’s accreditation card number, to help us identify the coach and take appropriate disciplinary action against them,” he added.Five matches lined up as National Super League gets underway
